Terms of purchase and delivery
Price and payment
All prices are inclusive. moms. Payment is made via Stripe where it is possible to pay with all common payment cards, Klarna, ApplePay (on Iphone) and GooglePay.
Note
In case of a return or cancellation of orders paid by credit card, it may take a couple of business days for the money to become available again on your account, even if we release the reservation at the moment the cancellation is made. This is due to the bank’s handling of card purchases and is beyond our control. Should you regret your purchase, we will immediately make a refund to you, this usually takes between 2-5 working days. If any false orders or other attempts at fraud are detected, the matter will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to make typographical errors, final sales and price changes. Derma Essentials Sweden AB reserves the right to refuse an order.
Freight
Products are delivered free of charge by DHL or Postnord within Europe. Pick-up free of charge at Cream Skincare Studio, Malmö. You will receive a tracking number and the shipment is insured. In case of return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Incoterms: Ex Works ( EXW ).
Delivery time
All goods are normally in stock and are usually dispatched on the same day or the day after they are ordered. If an item is out of stock at the supplier or at our warehouse, the customer will be notified after purchase along with an estimated delivery time. You will receive an SMS or email when the shipment is available for collection. Delivery time varies depending on where in Europe the delivery is going but usually takes between 4-6 working days.
Non-triggered shipment
It is up to you, the customer, to provide a valid and correct delivery address and mobile number. If we receive back a package sent to the wrong address, it is up to the customer to pay for new shipping. If a parcel is not collected at the post office or not collected at the delivery point, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred in connection with such a return. We charge our actual shipping costs, which may be a higher amount than the original order. (Your parcel normally stays at the post office for 14 days before being sent back to our warehouse) Unredeemed shipments do not count as canceled purchases.
Buyback & right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, if you regret your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund (excluding return shipping). The item you are returning must be complete in its original packaging, unused and unopened. No compensation can be paid if the product has been used or opened.
Complaints
The recipient is responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged upon receipt of the package. In case of any problems with packages or missing goods, a written notification must be sent by e-mail to info@dermaessentials.se We will send a new item as soon as we receive the faulty item.
Guarantee
Derma Essentials Sweden AB is the general agent for all products. We guarantee that all goods are genuine and of the highest quality.
Transport damage
If the shipment has been damaged in transit, we will send you a new item and reimburse your return costs. Take a picture of the damage and send it to our customer service.
Color rendering
Reservation for deviations in the color representation on the website.
